No orange juice .?
They have the worst big Macs they don't even know how to put the top bun on top. This was my big Mac. Middle bun on top then sauce and burger top bun in middle upside down. The sauce then burger then another top bun but the wrong way. Then I go into tell them about it all of them ran around laughing thinking it was funny. They did not even offer to make it right wasted gas and time to drive all the way home to find out both big Macs were made this way. Then had to drive all the way back there to then have people thinking good service is a dam joke. Who ever made them should have been fired.
My husband ordered 2 cheese burgers and got bun cheese ketchup and pickles ...NO HAMBURGER PATTY .... The fries were cold ....they couldn't make a frappe and didn't give me a reason ...this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE ...If I could give this place zero stars I would ....AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. ....OH YEAH AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL U GET A BUSY SIGNAL THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO
What can I say, it's McDonalds. I have noticed that if you order a Quarter Pounder there will be an extra few minutes of wait time since COVID, but when I asked an employee they let me know it is because it is cooked fresh to order and I think that is worth waiting a few extra minutes!
