Hershberger Brothers Roofing was a recommended roofer through Angie's list. They were very responsive, price was competitive and their service went above and beyond. Finally, the roof, soffit, gutter work was high-quality, detailed and the difference is noticed compared to the old roof, soffit etc.
I've wanted a metal roof, my husband didn't...now he loves it! Hershberger was recommended to me by a friend and they didn't disappoint. They know what they are doing and they do it right AND fast. Besides having a new roof you wouldn't even know they were there. 5 hours and they were cleaned up and done. Also, got new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards and they look wonderful too.nI definitely recommend Hershberger Roofing!
I have been dealing with Hershberger Roofing for over 5 years now. I purchased a 68,000 square foot warehouse in Euclid in 2014 that was at the end of its useful life. They installed epdm, metal, added tons of saddles to get proper drainage, capped all the brick, added insulation, and replaced crumbling brick. Everyday presented challenges and these guys just kept pushing through. I don't recommend many contractors, but these guys do quality work at a fair price.
I asked for a quote almost a month ago. Still no response.
I have used this company twice in the past and was very happy with their service. Now I have a big job that needs done. I waited for 3 other contractors to give me a quote which I never got. So I contacted Herschberger knowing what good service I had in the past. The estimator came out and we talked. So I waited 3 weeks before I called about the quote. For the past week I have left numerous messages to return my call. I then emailed the owner and again got no response. This company wasted a MONTH of my time. Now I have to start over when I had expected to be on Herschbergers calendar.
