I had Western reserve farm co op for 41 yearsnand no problems. There service was great. Since Centerra took over their customer service sucks. Fuel oil in 2 to 4 days when my tank is empty. Part of this is my fault to ,since I didn't call soon enough. But when I called they told me they did't deliver fuel oil in my area. I hope their customer service improves and everyone is on the same page.

Went to have my 100 lb tanks filled, usually this is not a problem there. We unloaded the 4 tanks to have them filled to have the girl say I dont know how to do those. She goes inside and come back out to tell us they can NOT fill them because thier part is broken. Then sent us to the other store in Munson. Only to be told after we unloaded all the tanks again that if we fill 100lb tank we have to pay for 100lb tank no matter if we only needed them topped off.
Had a problem with my card. Staff was helpful. Will go back again
