God awful professionalism here, not only did these people lose the keys to our mail box but now we’re the ones responsible for getting them from the guy changing the locks. We haven’t had these keys for well over a week now and they still say we have no mail, we know we do but the laziness runs deep at this location. Worst postal service we have.
Constant mail issues packages thrown in the ditch behind my house or left on top of my mailbox, my neighbors mail from three doors down in my mailbox, mail box is left open half the time when it’s raining and my mail gets wet. Receiving mail almost a month after the posted date from within the county. I have filed numerous complaints and have only ever received one returned phone call about these issues. I could understand an issue periodically but it’s continuous and it’s been like this now for over a year before Covid so it’s not a Covid related issue it’s a mail carrier issue... our previous carrier was great whoever is delivering the mail now needs monitored for quality and accuracy of service.
Mailed several Christmas cards 1 week before Christmas. Several people said they've received them JANUARY 21! first class postage is supposed to take about 3 business days. These cards destination were all 30 miles or less away and it took FIVE WEEKS TO DELIVER!!nWhere even do they store such a backlog? Its the worst service one could imagine. The reviews about the counter service are spot on, bad counter service. The facility is also antiquated.
Terrible service! Many times they dont deliver because they say the roads are not plowed in our area. Even when there is very minimal snow. Not even 2 inches! Its amazing a company can receive a 10 billion dollar bail out and then provide such terrible services!
Said they could not deliver my package because they could not get to my mail box. I know this is not true as I dug out my mail box and in front of it this morning when I saw it was out for delivery so that they could deliver it.
