I’ve never had such a hard time paying a bill. When I try to pay my bill online, it tells my account number is wrong, when I try to pay by phone I’m told my account number is wrong. It’s literally printed right on my bill.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not ever try to call and speak to a supervisor about their horrible employees, doesnt do any good! Not to mention everytime i pay my bill the whole utility office seem to always have an attitude! Nothing like waking up to a threatening letter on your door from one of their employee's too ud83dudc4d
In the middle of the polar vortex we woke up to no water coming from our water main. I called the utility office shortly after 8am and explained the situation. They were kind and understanding and sent a service person out. By 9:15am they had the meter replaced and water flowing back to the house. Thank you, City of Delaware!

The recycling program is hands down the worst. They ALWAYS refuse something. They will not even take the plastic wrapping from a case of water? It says 100% recyclable? Delaware needs to speak with the city of Worthington on how recycling should work.
