Our family pet ud83dudc15 took off before I could get the leash on, and she was turned in at EAS they were very compassionate...
We lost our Chihuahua and we’ve been calling to see if anyone surrendered her. They told us “Don’t take this the wrong way, but we do have coyotes and hawks.” Really? How insensitive can you be when someone lost their beloved pet?
Terrible, disrespectful, insensitive, unapologetic, unprofessional and rude staff and volunteers. No clear policies and procedures in place regarding surrendered animals and they show no remorse for their actions. Allows just anyone to volunteer and represent the organization..... shame.
I have donated supplies to this shelter and also adopted our last dog from them. They are very caring and attentive to the animals. You can tell they love the animals and work hard to socialize them so they are ready for their forever home. A+++
Great staff, excellent online and in-person communication. They go to great trouble to match you with the perfect pet for your family. Plus, their adoption rates are the best in the area. So happy we found them.
