Overall great service and very responsive
This is the second time I used their services. It was a slight pain to call and schedule the service to come out, and the coupons that I had received in the mail for some reason weren't active with this location so I ended up paying more than I wanted to. The techs were nice and did a good job, they focused on areas that were problem areas due to my dog going potty in the house. I ended up calling back a couple days after the carpet completely dried because I noticed strong odor again and they were able to come back out that day and retreat the areas again.
They did a good job
Had a rental that needed the carpets freshened and Dan came out and did a phenomenal job so very kind and friendly. He definitely knew what he was doing and did it in a timely manner. If your lucky you'll get Dan when you schedule your appointment. Look forward to future business
