Every time I go at opening time they are never here. I always wait outside for at least 10 minutes before anyone shows up. Happened today (Monday) it’s 8:10 an and it’s four of us currently waiting outside. This has also been happening almost every weekend since I’ve been coming here. A post should be made on your Facebook page each time you know you will not be opening on time. It would be considerate. The location in Willoughby I’ve found, is much more respectful of your time. I recommend that location.
Pandemic aside, this is the best laundromat I've had the privilege to ever use. Extremely clean, well organized and very polite staff. Washers go from 20lb HE (2 loads at once) up to 90lb HE (9 loads at once). Also have a drop off service. For a small extra cost you can use their 'Sterilizing Super Wash' that kills all viruses. For the East Side, there is nothing comparable I've found.
It was bad..you are asked not to stand around in Laundromat went right outside to car came back in. Someone took my laundry bags..it happens but then had to pay for more bags just sad NEVER WILL RETURN AGAIN!!!!! What is the point of cameras if you don't use them properly?!
Clean facility, fairly nice employees reasonably priced. My problem the one worker lady hardly ever has on a mask when it’s a REQUIREMENT in public. also they will charge you $2.00 for a bottle of laundry detergent that’s a dollar in dollar tree which is where they get it from so save yourself the dollar.
Clean. Plenty of working washers and good dryers. Reasonably priced.
