I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned at this location for years The staff is consistently cordial and professional. Sheron stands out as being very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The set up is very convenient - I don't have to get out of my car.
I am new to the area and have tried this place twice. Both times I have been very disappointed with the service. My slacks were given back to me wrinkled and poorly pressed. The crease is starting in one place then moved over to another area of the pant leg and it looks like two creases on the same leg. This has happened both times as well as other areas of the pant look unpressed and wrinkled. I expected better from a place with so many good reviews. I mentioned the problem after the first time I tried this location and I hoped it was just an off day for them. But after trying them again and getting them same results I will not be back.
Customer services is the best, you can always expect to be treated with a smile. Absolute pleasure doing business with the Wilson Mills store Sherron is fabulous!

I have been going to this location for about 4 years now. I just love when they know my name and they welcome me to D. O. Summers and when I leave always say we appreciate your business!! The staff always has a smile on there face and they always ask how my day is going. My favorite lady is Sherron Johnson. She is the best!! When I pull up my clothes are hanging on the rack when I walk in the door. What service!! My clothes are always done well and if I ask them to do something special the always say no problem Mr. Vienna. I would definitely recommend this location.
