Darryl and his team were fabulous. I was in a serious time crunch and he came out to see me the same day , on a Friday after hours and completed the job. They were very professional and thoughtful. They even had plastic guards so the hose wouldn’t bump any walls. My very very dirty carpets filled with much dust from sanding and construction and also pet stains from previous owners are clean!!! I cannot Recommend enough! I actually didn’t have to change my move in schedule because of their responsiveness. I am very grateful!

I initially learned of Bill's Carpet & Upholstery based on a very positive referral, stating that they do excellent work and that they are a family owned company that has been around since 1963.nI had some rather significant water damage in my basement this summer, so I contacted them. Daryl immediately returned my phone call and was very helpful in explaining all that would need to be done. He was also willing to work around my busy schedule. The price quote for the job turned out to be far lower than what I would have expected. When they showed up to do the job, they were on time and overall very professional. Not only did they repair all of the damaged carpet and padding, but the carpeting throughout the house looks and smells like new. Even the high traffic and pet areas upstairs came out spotless. I will definitely use their services in the future and would greatly encourage anyone else to do the same.
