This is the second time I have used this company. Rob is very easy to work with, plenty of communication on what to expect before the cleaning and a smooth transaction process. We have cats that like to use the carpet as a litterbox. Rob used a spot treatment to break down the urine and then cleaned the whole carpet leaving it with a very nice clean scent. The whole process was very fast, he was in and out with no mess. I’m sure that every carpet company has their own “magic process” but what separates this company from anyone else I’ve dealt with is their customer service. 10/10 Would recommend.
