Went in to see about engagement rings with fiance. Had a tremendous experience with Lori. We went back to put the rings we picked out on layaway. We were told that Lori was no longer working there which was fine. The associate that helped us was kind, but I didn't like two of his fellow co-workers they were staring and very rude to me and my fiance. I dont like the vibe of the store. I'm going to get my money back from them tomorrow. I absolutely hated the experience I had there the second time. I will never ever go back.
Nice people. Good store hours.nnBe wary of opening a credit account, they say no interest but there are account maintenance fees, which I consider a cheap way of getting interest but not calling it that. Pay off your account ASAP or use your own credit card
The staff is what makes this store fantastic. Jewelry is nice. But the same as most chain jewellers. Well lit and better displayed.
I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring here a couple of months ago, with Tiffani and Richard’s help. They were SO fantastic and accommodating. They helped me find EXACTLY what I wanted and within the budget I could afford. They were both extremely patient as well as knowledgeable about the ring. Since then, every time I go in to pay my bill, the entire staff treats me like family and calls me by name. Ten out of ten I would recommend!
Only issue I've had which I should have lookednI ask for warranty n they gave me welcome packet which I assume I have gotten warranty to find out the stones fell out of ring only had for 6 months n than they told me all stones also needed to be replaced so I paid for ring 2x and my diamond hoops list 4 stones those were yr old funny they had life time warranty but all 4 rings did not welcom warranty packet for all ill know next time to pay attention
