NEVER BUY AGAIN...Poor customer service at this branch with dana and jennifer and customer service with katy! Dont go early to make a return because you will not get the cash back that you paid for the item! This is not a local store but they treat people like scum if you are returning a cheap item! Filing a a complaint with BBB!

Beachwood Mall has the most friendly staff! I had the pleasure of meeting Felicia. She went above and beyond for me! My boyfriend loved a backpack at the store so she helped me keep the purchase a secret and even had it shipped straight to my house so he wouldn't see me carry it out of the store! I received the package in 2 days! I will definitely go back!

Fantastic store, phenomenal service! Felicia we cant thank you enough for all your help and the great recommendations! You really know your product lines! The store was clean and had that wonderful new leather purse smell that makes you smile. The atmosphere is perfect and so conveniently located in the mall. Thanks again we'll be back! ud83dude09
