Decent selection, though nothing needs to be hung on a rack so tightly you can't remove it. Sale selection is always pretty good and your definitely bound to find something you like.

My package got lost that I ordered the day after Thanksgiving (i had it shipped to the store) but AJ the manager at the Beachwood store stayed patient, friendly, and helpful. I can pick up my package next week he said. Because of the friendly service I got from AJ i will shop here again.nThanksAJ##

It was cleaner than I have ever seen. However the customer service is rude 99.9% of the time. Absolutely rude.

Your customer service support is really rude and unprofessional over the phone. You guys need to train them more to assist your client. I will never buy any item with the company nore refer it to people.nWhy should i have to pay to return for an item that was bigger then the size it should be. First agent tell me it says it on add where it doesn’t say it anywhere. Second agent tell me thats my problem as size it says is what i get and he dont care as their is no supervisor i can talk to.
