This was such a wonderful and amazing experience!! Craig helped us every step of the way and made the whole process easy and fun! My girlfriend and I stopped in to see their selection of rings and diamonds. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY BY HOW MANY CHOICES THERE WERE IN THIS STORE. We talked with Allison and she was fantastic. She showed us many choices of rings and diamonds. At the end she HELPED ME PICK OUT THE PERFECT RING FOR MY FIANCE, as of Valentines Day. I STRONGLY recommend them if you want a beautiful ring at a very good price.

Diamonds Direct is fantastic! I originally went there because I heard a radio ad but now I keep going back because the staff is fantastic, the prices are great, and they have a huge selection. Most recently my fiancé and I worked with Brittany and she was the absolute best! We picked out our wedding bands and we weren’t pressured into buying the most expensive option, we were shown what really worked best for us. This is not a big box store jewelry place, the staff remember return customers when they walk in the door. Definitely the only place I will go in the future for jewelry!

The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and I couldn't have asked for better service. They went above and beyond to make sure the jewelry I was purchasing was not only of the highest quality, but also the best possible price. I highly recommend anyone looking for engagement rings or any other jewelry go here first, you won't be disappointed. Will definitely be going back in the future
