I love shopping this store , selected item with amazing price, when I need cloth for some occasions I do not want spend money because you could buy good brands with reasonable price, I like the idea so much,, but two of their staff are so rude , for example I was there today, they were having conversation together I was in fitting room want them to help me to zip my cloth, I came out to ask them they were totally ignoring me, like they are not seeing me at all I am pregnant and honestly having hard time to do that then I finally chose my cloth the cashier was supper rude no greeting just throw the cloth to the bag like I am stealing ,, so disappointing, this is not first time they are doing, I will check the store staff next time before shopping. There is a nice lady working there too which I was wishing she would be there .
First time shopping here with my sister. Nice atmosphere, friendly sells people. Nice selection of handbags and shoes, price are reasonable. Will definitely shop here again.
I am a frequent and loyal Clothes Mentor customer, but store... Horribly unfriendly staff and completely outdated selection. Ladies, please search elsewhere!
Eh unfriendly customer service. Took a ton of nice stuff. Made a few bucks. No one thought to maybe hold the door while i lugged heavy baskets. I made $50 at platos closet. Gonna try Revol next.
The staff was courteous and very helpful. They carry a really nice and reasonably price assortment of designers in clothing, handbags, jewelry, and shoes. Also off street parking.
