Truly fabulous experience! Took two prized possessions to Saxon Jewelers for inspection and repair. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Mike, I felt I could trust him for quality work. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Both pieces were returned to me in beautiful condition, more beautiful than I had imagined. This will be the jeweler I will go to for anything I may need in the future. Highly recommended!

As a young man looking to purchase an engagement ring for the very first time I couldn’t be more happier with how it came out and the process. Mr. Saxon is a amazing guy who is very knowledgeable and super nice. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted in the ring from every detail to the message I wanted it to portray. He took the time to explain about the different diamonds and metals so I can decide on the perfect ring. I highly recommend Saxon Jewelry because you will get the perfect piece of jewelry you wanted!

Mike was absolutely incredible ensuring that everything for my engagement ring was perfect. He was available to answer questions 7 days of the week and was diligent in sending progress photos throughout all major stages of the project. He truly cares about his customers and offers prices that don't even come close to retailers. Mike provides exceptional service! He worked with my husband and I to design our wedding bands- I knew they would come out great, but I'm truly over the moon with how they turned out!! My band is one of a kind and just beautiful! I receive so many compliments on it (and my engagement ring too- also done by Mike)! Mike Saxon made a beautiful first wedding anniversary necklace for me to give to my wife. I very much enjoyed working with Mike and was impressed by his expertise. The necklace was unusual and personal. It was made in fourteen carrot gold in the shape of the State of Israel. The shape is more authentic than most maps of Israel, and is inscribed with a passage in Hebrew from a famous passage from the biblical Song of Songs. He also placed the birth stones of both my wife and I in the piece and inscribed the date of our wedding. It is very beautiful and probably the most deeply personal gift I have ever given. My wife loves it and has received a number of great compliments on the piece from co-workers at work. Mike is enjoyable to work with, chat with, and is very artistic and wonderful at helping his customers take ideas to the highest level.nnDavid MitchellnSolon, OH
