my Children has been at this practice since birth . And I used them because they were close in proximity to where I live However the office staff has some of the worse attitudes I have ever seen in my life .example I called to get my daughter shot record faxed to her new school they were looking for a meningococcal shot she received before starting the 8th grade . Office staff claimed they had no record . I’m asking how i remembering her needing this before the Sttd they would have dr eapen call me. I said for what I just need a copy of a shot record. They said it was there . Called my new pediatrician office stated we see it for 7:31/2018 we will send it right over . For children same day appointments are important they never have same day sick appointments available. I have have since transferred my children and receive great care from suburban pediatrics in mayfield . I wouldn’t send my enemies dog to this place

This office’s quality of care has really become terrible... I arrived then checked in for a scheduled appointment. I was then told I didn’t have an appointment in a rude And condescending tone. The office manager was supposedly coming out to speak with me I waited there for approximately 15 minutes and then I just left. I will not be returning to this practice.

Not returning my calls recently. Not receiving order promised. Generally a great doctor but I have to make numerous calls to get a call back from doctor. No reason to make an additional appointment just to get a prescription for handi cap plaque. My back gives out at any given moment. Just because pain level is 2 one day does not mean next day or hour it won't be a 10. Sad that because of abusers and government regulation cannot get anything for pain. A good listener and shows concern during appointments and answers questions when calls back. Generally a good doctor. Unfortunately I have to make numerous calls sometimes. Would be nice for office staff to give their name when answering the phone. Good to know who you are speaking to. That is good customer service. Thank you

Wonderful. Dr. Sara Eapen takes the time to listen to her patients, and offers detailed explanations leaving her patients with assurance that they are in good hands.

Dr. Eapen is the best. I have been going to her for 20 years.
