I used to go to guitar center but found them very unfriendly so I started coming to Sam Ash and you guys have been amazing. Helped me with everything I’ve needed at been very nice in doing so. Steve helped me with the issues and questions I had on the guitar and he was great. I’ll definitely be coming back to Sam Ash because everyone is so nice and there is great service. Isaiah is awesome! I do not play an instrument and neither does our 23 yo daughter who asked for a guitar for Christmas. Isaiah happily helped me figure out which guitar to purchase, as well as the accessories out daughter would need to get started. I gave him my budget, and he actually recommended a guitar that was under my budget but, in his opinion, the best value. I totally appreciated his insights and honesty!

I went in on April 8th 2021 and Brian was the sales person that helped me and my son. We were trading in his old drum kit and looking to buy a new or new to him kit. Brian was so kind and patient with us! We left the store with my sons dream kit a Pearl Export! Brian made the whole experience at Sam Ash easy. Thank you Brian for being kind! We surely appreciate you, you made my son so happy for his upcoming birthday!

I grew up hanging out in a local music store in Akron, and I used to love playing whatever instrument caught my eye. That chain of stores is long gone and has forced me to shop elsewhere. I was regularly shopping at another well known national music store chain, but I always felt rushed at those stores and really didn't enjoy the experience. I'm happy to say that my recent experiences at Sam Ash have brought back some of those feelings of yesteryear. The staff was never pushy and always accommodating. Buck the other big music store. Shop at Sam Ash for a good experience and good value.

Sean was the associate who helped me in choosing a digital keyboard. No high pressure. He just let me look at the ones in which I was interested and explained each one. I settled on the Yamaha P-125. I loved the feel and sound. It was not in stock, so he ordered one for me. Can’t wait to start playing. This a great place to shop. Lots of instruments and music and knowledgeable people to help you.
