Mayfield Heights City Hall

I have worked with many of the departments at the City of Mayfield Heights, including Service, Building and the Mayor's Office. Each staff member responded to my inquiries with thorough, helpful feedback. The Service Department did a site visit to help troubleshoot an issue I was having and responded with same-day service and results. I am also very impressed with the City's refuse and recycling collection program. The Point of Sale Inspection with the Building Department was smooth, with clear and professional communications. The Mayor's assistant was also prompt to respond to any questions I had.
