This branch used to be very good and customer service oriented. Very pleasant people to deal with. I called on Friday and asked to speak with a manager. The woman on the other end says “ I am the manager (Jacquie). I asked her if she has a chance, can she pull up my account to take a look so I can ask some questions. She places me on hold. A teller comes on and says he can take my information and the manager will call me back later, she’s on a conference call. I asked if she will give me a call back by the days end. He assured me that she will. No call by the days end, not on Saturday, not on Sunday, not Monday morning. I call back in on Monday and ask to speak with the manager. She puts me on hold and comes back to tell me the manager is on a conference call. How many days a week and how many hours a day during business hours does a manager have conference calls? I’ve been at this branch for 10 years and have spoken with many managers and not once was I placed on hold, let alone not called back. Poor customer service.

The bank staff at this branch is awesome. They really take care of your needs. Going above and beyond their job duties. They know their customers by name and treat us as if were family. If you are looking for a home bank, this is the branch you should choose. I have trust with them handling my money. They are always happy and pleasant as well. Just really good honest people.

The young ladies were both very rude and nasty. My husband went to this location to get a roll of quarters, he was asked was he a customer and he said no, the young lady then says no we don't have quarters. He was there two weeks ago and got quarters from the same young lady who lied and said they did not have quarters. I guess she forgot that little tidbit.
