All I wanted to do was deposit a check. All the manager wanted to do was give me attitude tell me to leave. She told me to go to the Mayfield Heights branch to deposit! So I did, will NEVER return!
Staff have been very helpful while setting up a trust account checking account for my family - always friendly and helpful. Much better experience at this branch than others.

Horrible bank. Unlike other banks they post smaller transactions first which will more likely put your account in an overdrawn status. They do this on purpose to milk their customers of the overdraft fees. Look it up if you don't believe me.
