Stay Away from this branch or from US Bank altogether. Incompetent at best, this is the worst, most mismanaged bank branch I have ever visited. I needed to access my safety deposit box and was told by one of the account representatives to get into the regular line and wait for the teller, which I did. When I reached the teller, I was told to go back and wait for an account representative. Waited for about an hour, without anyone even looking in my direction, while the branch manager was running around micromanaging every employee and taking over every job slowing things down to a snail's pace. After an hour, I have had enough and decided to close my account. Again, I went through the teller line, but was told that they could not close the account at the time and have to come back another day. I have never seen anything like this in any other bank and will definitely say goodbye to US Bank as soon as I am able to close this account. With Huntington Bank across the street, Citizens Bank around the corner and Chase bank few blocks away I am extremely sorry that I ever considered US Bank in general and this branch in particular.
