I had my wedding here back in 2014 & it was beautiful. We were able to use the gazebo for our wedding ceremony & the lion room was exceptional, although they didn’t allow fire of any kind to heat keep food warm or on tables for decor& don’t offer catering services.nThe staff was great in helping us plan & setup our event. I didn’t want our night to end!

Great facility however very badly managed. They have posted hours they do not observe, processes are horrible as staff does not have standards so regardless of who is assisting the customer information is inconsistent and lack of awareness of customer contract. They have to call their supervisor who is not available and the customer is never right. The facility needs to seriously develop 2020 processes and get away from paper and faxes. They recieved and email however never a response of acknowledgement or concern. Just absolutely no concern for customer! And when there are 2 or 3 people at a door which clearly states their hours and no one is available. And you speak with the others and some have been there 2 or 3 times trying to pay deposits, finalize contracts it is not a unique experience it is obviously their standard. And to think they are funded with tax payer dollars is even more frustrating! Please, save the utilization of the facility and the reputation of Willoughby Hills!! Thank you and good Luck!

I had my Mom's 80th Birthday Party on 02-22-2020 in the Willoughby Hills Community Center. We used the Spacious O'Ryan Room with Dance Floor and Large Kitchen. The O'Ryan room comfortably seated quests. The staff member and security was courteous. It is a Very Nice Facility for an Event for 120 people. My Mom had an Awesome 80th Birthday Party!

Photographed an event here one evening. Very nice facility to do events in. There is also an off duty police officer there who was very polite and nice to talk to.
