The produce truck had failed to come to this restaurant, so they were limited on what they could offer. Not their fault, but a poor report on the company. They did not get one of our orders side dish correct. Another order was for a chicken wrap, but instead of using a large enough tortilla to make wrap, they used smaller tortillas and served it as a very drippy chicken taco. Our server was absolutely wonderful and very attentive and apologetic for all the mistakes...which were mostly out of her control.

Food was very good and fresh was extremely busy New Year's day. Placed phone order for breakfast and dinner. Dine in was an hour wait but because it was one of the few places open. I felt sorry for staff and patrons that came for Dine in but my food was ready at the time I ordered.

We go to this Denny’s 6-7 times a year. I have yet to experience everyone in the party getting what they ordered. Today we ordered sirloin steaks. They were prepared as ordered, but we got a different sirloins than ordered. Ours came with butter, so due to allergies, we were unable to eat them. As sides, we got the salads and dressings requested, but not the extra dressing- because they were out of standard size dish and had to use smaller serving dish. Both orders got fries, even though mashed potatoes were requested on one. We came in after dinner time. It was not at all busy. We did not have the time or patience to wait for new steaks(well done, please). Server was pleasant, but blamed cooks for mistakes, instead of looking at the order before serving. Stick with water, refills are ignored or delayed til meal is over.nnAs of visit 12/2019nThis location has new management. The staff was professional and orders were all correct. A very drastic difference since last visit.nnVisit 1/21nParty of 6n2 orders had errors- wrongs side items, miscooked on one. It’s not busy during Covid, so not sure what the issue is.

I've been in this establishment twice, the first time I went here my ham was dry. Also the hashbrowns were also stale like normal fries from other restaurants. The second time was a lot more better but the issue is the waiting time, both times were 1 hour and 30 minutes+.

This is the Denny's in North Olmsted and has been a reliable anchor for decades.nWith covid causing so much trouble none of the restaurants on the strip have been all that busy. We were seated immediately. For the lack of customers, I was a bit surprised it took as long as it did to get our orders.nI ordered the chicken skillet which was quite good and HOT (temperature). It was a pleasant blend of chicken, broccoli, potatoes, mushrooms and onions in a nice sauce. I had lemonade with it. (Fortunately I love tart because that lemonade was quite tart.)nOur server mentioned they had pumpkin pie but we were rather full b so we order pie to go.nOverall a good meal and good service.
