I work with a few different rescues, and have visited Greystone a number of times. They are one of the vets that do a lot for the rescue community. I am also a groomer and refer clients there as well. The waiting room is clean but cozy feeling, and the receptionist is easy to talk to. The staff is very competent, patient, and transparent. I tend to be a little neurotic about my fosters (go figure lol) but they take it in stride. They do have state of the art equipment, so if you need comprehensive medical procedures it is well worth the cost. Still , they are very reasonable. Over all, I highly recommend Greystone for anyone looking for well rounded veterinary care.
Our experience with Greystone for our dog's neutering was excellent. The appointment was on time, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. They took really good care of our guy. The doctor's work was so good, we could barely tell that she operated on our boy! Would highly recommend them to anyone.
I recently adopted a rescue pet and took my dog there to be spayed. Every aspect of the day was well-coordinated, which was outstanding considering it was close to the beginning of the pandemic. The staff was friendly and courteous, everything ran on time, and my pet was returned to me in great shape and had no problems afterwards. I highly recommend Greystone Veterinary Hospital.
I LOVE this place. Dr.Kostal and her team are so amazing and caring. Always willing to go over every question I have , they obviously love what they do and really care for your pets like their own. They take the extra step to make you, and you pet feel comfortable.
I bring my foster pups here all the time. Its not close to me, but worth the drive. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, even with the most difficult of pups. Very efficient, very clean, very good, all around!
