Great service from start to finish.Very compassionate and caring veterinary service. Fairly priced. They'll give you a thorough explanation of what is going on with your pet and what you need to do to take care of them.

I’m just confused as to why this is considered to be a “bird hospital.” The vets misdiagnosed my cockatiel, claiming he had an incurable disease—did not prescribe any meds I read about afterwards that SHOULD have been prescribed for this disease...did not appear to know that his symptoms could have been signs of a MYRIAD of other, non-life-threatening illnesses & imbalances (which is truly what it was, a vitamin deficiency)...did not even call the disease the clinically correct & updated term! I was so surprised by the lack of knowledge here once I went to a vet practice that ACTUALLY specializes in avian wellness..nnAs much as the staff here tried to be helpful, I’d like to save you the time if you are a bird owner.nHe practically wrote off my bird’s life saying he had months left at most, when that was just completely wrong & extremely heart-wrenching in the moment.nIt’s just very disappointing to have spent hundreds of dollars for a huge & very serious misdiagnosis.nI would not consider this an avian-safe practice by any means.nThe vet I ended up taking my bird to said that some of these places like to think they know more than what they do & it’s always best to take them to bird-specific centers.nWhich is WELL-WORTH the time, because I know they’re usually few & far between.nnI’m sorry but I’m only sharing this because of how important it is for people who want to do the utmost for their birds.nn(Two stars because they still took him in and kept him warm and happy enough for two days while I was trying to figure out what was going on.)

My cat is 11 years old and had stopped eating his food. This vet clinic (Dr. Roger Brown) gave him fluids and prescribed an antibiotic for him. I was lucky, they were able to see him right away. They didn't force me to get bloodwork or xrays like the other clinics demanded. They saved his life. He is all better now! Thank you so much for coming to Todd's rescue ❤ud83dudc31ud83dudc3e

Jillian & Dr Shaw were fantastic with my African grey. He was very calm after the whole exam and nail trim.nThey answered all my new parrot owner questions and described his needs in detail.
