Where to start... Firstly I got a ticket for going 12 over in a school zone (was approaching the sign still). The cop who gave the ticket took all of 10 seconds to explain before running to his car to speed by me and get someone else. The court system then did not inform me via mail, email or phone of any court dates. The only piece of mail I received was a warrant for my arrest. They do not accept payment plans and its $368. So I havent been paid in over 3 months due to covid, now I cant even go out without being arrested. This is the most money-forward operation I have ever seen. The cop gives a ticket every 5 minutes, they charge $368 a ticket... People are being released from prison due to covid and your trying to lock people up over a ticket? Seriously? You'd risk my life for $368? Why not let me keep that seeming as I already had to pay $368 to fix my new car after hitting a massive pothole. This is just crazy.

The honorable Judge was 60 mins late. If I was late I get a bench warrant. Hold her responsible, like we are responsible for getting to court on time. If your going to parma court, make sure cancel the rest of the day.

Clerk of courts is supposed to open up at 8:00 am it’s now 8:20 and they still aren’t open! Must be nice to be able to open up whenever you want!

Spent 2 hours in court because I got a ticket for my muffler being too loud just for them to tell me my ticket is $10 .but court fees is $110. I’m no genius so I would love an explanation as to why I have it cost so much. If I could I would give them a half star rating. I didn’t serve my country as a solider and a military police officer just to come home and be harassed because someone is short on there quote for the month. The security was rather polite and funny though.

Avoid moving into parma, unless you like high taxes, loads of vacant homes with ever decreasing values. Poor roads and unwarranted police tickets are quite abundant. City employees have to take a page from it’s neighboring cities and figure out how they can improve.
