They are outstanding at customer service! First time taking my dog Jewel they showed real concern for her well-being and gave me a same-day appointment. I appreciate they are reluctant to do unnecessary testing and explain everything in simple terms until you understand what's going on. This practice is absolutely wonderful! They front desk and assistants were caring, friendly, kind to both me and my pet. They even helped me get my cat's medical records from his previous vet. Doctor Eric was, thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, and exceptionally helpful with treating my cat! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice.
Staff is very patient and friendly. Its a very clean and pleasant environment. Definitely recommend.They accept care credit, cash, and card(they just ask that you have exact change).Also its a great lower price option for those on a budget.
Had my first visit there recently and the staff and doctor were wonderful. Great experience.
