They charged ~$500 for a change in flight date, which airlines only charges $170. I can understand company has to make some profit but double the amount of actual cost is too much.

I have used their services two years running for large groups of people that are traveling together. We have not had one problem with them, especially Harland, who gets right back to me on every single question and assures me repeatedly that things will work out and they do. I have found that their fares are reasonable and in line with what I see posted on other web pages. Very happy with them.

Look up fare is working with an insurance company(Trip Mate) for their flights which is a real SCAM, Lookupfare agents are as untrained and unprofessional as their insurance partner(Trip mate), when you call them about rescheduling of your flight (before flight while you still have a chance to reschedule with a fee) because you have purchased an insurance on it, they just simply refer you to their partner in crime (Trip Mate) and they ask to file a claim, and finally after the window for rescheduling with a fee has passed, they get back to yo that your case is nit covered, and it is none of their business that you have lost thousands of dollars because of their lack of training of what is covered and what is not. Stay Away from both Lookupfare and their partner in crime, Trip Mate.

The worst booking company I have experienced. I had to make a modification to a flight because the date appeared wrong in my itinerary. They charged me an additional $750 to make the change on a flight that costs under $200.nI wasnt provided with other options either.nI have not received my revised itinerary to date.nThe agent also informed me that I have to learn from my mistakes the hard way.nI asked for travel insurance and I was notified that it would not be possible.nIf any other issues arise, do I have to pay out of pocket again?nThis is the worst customer service and will definitely spread the word around.nNever book with Lookupfare even if the prices seem reasonable.
