It was my first time using Platinum Party Bus, and it will not be my last. The bus itself was beautiful, blue tooth sound system, great ambiance, and clean! Our driver, Steve, was extremely accommodating and professional. The process of setting up the night with Platinum was easy, our driver contacted me before to go over all the details. My only regret was our trip itself was not long enough to spend more time on the bus, our group had so much fun. A huge thank you to the Platinum team for giving us a great evening!

My experience with the Platinum Party bus team was phenomenal! Scheduling (and rescheduling) was made easy by the team, and they were so accommodating as dates and itineraries changed. Our driver, Jerry, was so personable and made sure we had a great time. The bus was clean, well-built, and exactly what our party needed to get us from location to location. If we need a bus in CLE again we'll definitely be using Platinum Party Bus for our event.

I highly recommend this party bus service for your wedding! The plan ahead by the company was great and the driver was available to contact before the event to make changes for our route. Pricing was very fair and quality of the bus was great. The driver was very flexible for the wedding day and showed up early to make sure we stayed on time. Great service and I definitely recommend! James was a fantastic Driver. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. James was my driver for our wedding and we utilized him for going around Downtown Cleveland to take wedding party photos, and then for transporting guests to and from the venue/hotel. He was professional, on time, helped ladies get off the bus, just everything you would expect. He was a huge help to getting around town in the locations we wanted to take photos at. We had to make last minute adjustments based on weather and he knew his routes, he knew downtown Cleveland, and he knew each spot I talked about even if I did not have a specific name or address.nnI was recommended to Platinum Party Bus and am sure glad I went with Max and his company.nnThanks!

We used Platinum Party Bus for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Allen (the driver) was attentive and on time. We used them to shuttle the wedding party to the venue and then to shuttle the guests to/from the hotel. Their vehicles are very clean and up to date. We had no regrets and would definitely book with them again for the next time we need a party bus/limo service. Thank you again guys for making our wedding day run so smooth!!!
