Front desk person Karen was unprofessional. I do not recommend. We couldn't find our breakfast buffet vouchers and I asked if they could be replaced. She said I shouldn't have received them in the first place but she'd give us one. Really? The other young lady working the front desk said she'd give us 2 no problem.
The room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, and best of all they did serve real food in their restaurant because they were open!nnI will definitely stay here again when back in the area.
Awesome place, clean and spacious rooms. The people are very cordial and helpful all the time. Maureen Labyk, Michael and Roberto Domingo are there always to help with anything in our meetings. Food is great. Best hotel in Cleveland by far. ud83dudc4d
Absolutely loved this hotel. Got in late around 9:30 and they got us right to a room. Plus the desk clerk on duty was super sweet and gave me a handful of more shampoos and conditioners since I have super long hair
