The young lady at the desk is amazing but the person who my reservation needs retrained. I asked specifically if the pool was open for use & he told me yes. I check in & guess what? It's not. I know Covid is going on but some hotels have their pools open with certain restrictions. I traveled from another state & needed the hot tub for my back because of the driving.

Nice hotel. Clean room. The entire hallway on our floor had a strong marijuana odor that was evident as soon as you exited the elevator. I suppose not the hotel's fault but still...

Starting at the front desk, I can not complain. Everyone was very pleasant, however I was very upset when booking that it doesn't say pool is closed. Most hotel have their pool area apen, on the other hand my stay was nice, had a problem with a bunch of teenagers running up and down sceaming in the hallway. I called the front desk, she came up and told them that had to get out the hallway. They then took it out to the parking lot, I was glad they checked out the next morning. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, I will not stay they again unless the pool reopen.

Great hotel!! I really enjoyed my stay there. Staff was helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
