Ive always had a good experience here. To bad its closed until further notice. It would be nice if they update their info on google and on their answering machine. Says they are open. Drove down there and found out the hard way.
If I had a nickel for everytime I've been on hold for over an hour and then hung up on, or have been talked to rudely I would have enough money I wouldnt need food stamps. If only I could give negative stars

be prepared to not be answered at all or to be put on hold for 3 hrs. by the time you actually speak to a rep, you’ll be lucky if they’re anything but rude and of no help at all. Btw even if you reach someone they’ll put you on hold for another hour or 2 and forget about you completely. been calling all day, hours on hold and only got to speak to a rep for barely 60 seconds before getting put back on hold and I eventually hung up. tried to call back and get scheduled for a call back and they don’t even call you back. Horrible
Always having issues with these people. They leave you on hold forever, and are rude IF they ever get back to you. Apparently their fax machines are sketchy and fail to receive one of 14 pages. But they sure are quick to imply that you missed the phone appointment, when in fact you called, waited 4 hours, and were disconnected. How can a place be so disorganized and broken?
