Its a impound lot and I have been there 2 times to help out some people who got impounded. Follow their rules and its all good. They are hardworking good people doing their jobs.nA+

My experience was great a young man name Zack was awesome he helped out tremendously going that extra mile when he didn't have too. Also the police officer was very nice as well.

Great experience! My favorite part was when they impounded my car and I had to purchase it back! Ask for molly, shes the best! And Ricky has the funniest one-liners! Hopefully the city of cleveland tows my car again!

Not what I expected - pleasantly surprised. They were professional and courteous. First time needing their services and they made it very easy. Everyone was friendly, especially the crew where you pick up your car. Hope I never need their services again.
