I had 2 packages/boxes coming from Alabama and they only delivered one. I asked the sender to track the package and it was said that I have to pick it up at the post office.. I'm Social Distancing, I don't want to go into a post office right now...nud83dude2bud83dude2bud83dude2bud83dude2b

Last two times I ordered new insurance cards they were in mail wet. TIRED OF WET MAIL! Tried to call 17 to 20 minute wait! I will just print from online but I am tired of wet mail... Can barely read important information. In 2017 Post office hasn't figured out how to protect mail?

For more than a month now we've been receiving mail that belongs to another people. Our name is clearly on our mailbox and has been also any sales papers have been put into it. my other concerns are that our mail is not getting to us seeing how we're getting others mail weekly. Please help us with this. Thank you for your speedy response.

Many checks we mail are getting lost in the mail. We had to do stop payments on four checks that were mailed July 31st. Now the check for the water bill that was mailed over three weeks ago never made it so that was another stop payment. What the heck is going on?
