Today was my first time in and it was a great experience! The inside is super clean and nice. There was a decent variety of high quality jewelry. They helped me pick something that works best for my piercing and in my price range. I was walked through every step of the process. It’s obvious to me that they prioritize keeping everything sanitized and safe. I will definitely be going back in the future!

Hands down the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a piercing change, and it went so smoothly. From check in to check out, it was organized and professional. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable and are super kind. Also, they were very open to questions and extremely knowledgeable on all things piercings and jewelry. The place was spotless and the sanitizing protocol was thorough. The jewelry selection was also extensive and beautiful with the best quality materials. I’m 18 and just got my first ear piercings and the experience was awesome! I was a bit nervous coming in but Dakota was so nice and explained everything to me patiently. The piercing room itself felt like a doctor’s office— everything was very clean, all the equipment was sterilized before use, and all COVID guidelines were followed. Dakota took her time to make sure the piercings were lined up and as painless as possible and answered all my aftercare questions. The cost of service + earrings is a good bit more than you would find at a mall store, but the amazing service and high quality materials are well worth the price.

I came in for an industrial and Dakota looked at my ear and knew that it wouldn't really work with my ear shape. However, she came up with a great alternative and I'm even happier! They look amazing and the jewelry selection is top notch.nnI was super nervous at first, but she made me feel at ease and walked me through the whole process. And I really appreciate that she took the time to explain things to me and saved me from making a mistake with the wrong piercing.nnI will definitely be a repeat customer!

I got my nose pierced and came a year later to switch out my nose ring. Staff is so kind and professional. They explain everything and are super helpful! I’m very happy with my experiences there.
