They told us we could stop paying our bill after the covid came and never once said we had to pay it all up front all at one time. They stopped covering my medical needs which included getting a stress test and my meds. I can not drop them now due to the market place will not let me drop them. Once this year is up I will not renew with them. Now I can not get my meds I need or test I need to get done.

Deserves no stars. Attempted to get health insurance thru Molina. After claiming our current doctors are covered, we found out from the doctors they are not part of Molina network. Due to ongoing treatment, we decided not to take the policy which was to begin May 1st. We canceled it before the end of April and had not even completed the application. But we called and spoke to an agent and canceled to be safe. They assured us 1) we would not be charged 2) we did not have a policy with them. May 1st they removed the money from our account for the policy we never had for an application we never completed for insurance we didn’t want. Even though we called May 1st as soon as they charged our bank account, we can not have our money refunded for a month. I’m reporting them .

Worst medical insurance company , I had a medical coverage through them , once the knew I had a Psoriasis , which will require expensive medications , they refund the premium I paid , and terminate my contract with them. And I’m sure what they did is illegal

Ok, i called Molina Healthcare transportation Monday afternoon to schedule a ride for today at 3. The lady I talked with on Monday said that they should call me an hour or a day before my appointment to confirm my ride. Which however, I never got a call at all. The day of my appointment, which was today, I called my insurance again at around 2 to make sure I had a ride, they said that they'll send someone and they'll be there in the next 10 to 20 mins. An half an hour later, the ride never showed up. I called back again around 2:30, to see what's going on. Of course I'm on hold for 30 minutes, which I was getting impatient, so I hung up. It's was already 3:10, no ride and I'm late to my appointment. I called again, so see what happened and they had the nerve to tell me they couldn't find a ride for me. But they had me on schedule for a ride today at 3 but couldn't even find me ride. I don't understand, is how you have me scheduled for a ride but couldn't find me a ride. Then tell me that it's not there job to notify me that they couldn't find anyone, that i had to call to confirm for a ride. Which i did and was told that my ride would be on the way. To now, being told that they couldn't find a ride and that it's not there job to notify people. What kind of transportation service is that I'm very unhappy with the transportation. That I'm switching insurance.
