Terrible. This place does not deserve any stars. I bought a car from this place in May 2020 and still to this day I do not have my title. Ed/Mike is the same person. He keep telling me how he have not been in town to get the title. Most of the time he don't answer. Noone knows whats going on with the title. Dude only care about selling cars to make money. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM IAM APPROVED. Take your money somewhere else.

Been trying to get plates for truck my. but for some reason they been closed for day's

Bought a car from this company on May 28th 2020, I paid $3100 for the vehicle. I was assured everything was in working condition and it was a good car. After having it less than a month the transmission went out on June 24th 2020 Leaving me stranded in another city. Being a full time student and losing my job due to COVID I had given IAM APPROVED everything I had, it was my last. The Owner Mike agreed to pay for the expenses of getting it towed and fixed. After towing it to his mechanic Champion Auto Service in Maple Heights it sat there for almost 2 weeks, my mother and I tried to reach out to Mike in the mean time and he ignored both of our efforts. When I finally spoke with the mechanics at Champion they informed me that Mike declined the invoice they sent him for $2100 to fix my transmission. Mike also left me with an outstanding balance at Champion that I had to pay for out of my own pocket or else they threatened to impound my vehicle. Mike also has not given me my title to the car!nnWhen I first contacted Mike about my transmission I already had it looked at by a mechanic and they already informed me it would need a new transmission. When I called Mike’s cell phone crying about my car (I had to call his cell because he was never at the car lot every time I called) he hung up on me and told me none of this was my problem because I chose to buy a defective car. Mike knows what he’s doing, he’s running a scam on people like most janky car lots do and it’s very very sad. I’m 25 I’m a full time student close to graduation, I live alone and I do everything for myself including all bills. Due to COVID I am on a fixed income and am not able to pay for my car to get fixed in return this has caused me to miss multiple days of school which has now affected my graduation date. The stress and depression Mike has caused me is unbearable I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. My entire world has been flipped upside down.

Terrible dealer I bought a car and less than a month it broke down and I called to see if I can trade back in for new one cause the car was already in bad condition and a I got rejected so be careful this guy doesn’t care frfr.
