No posted order pickup option so the assumption is that you wait in the line to park then the line to get in, I called and asked and woman brought my order out to the line to park. Realized I was missing an item and had to park and go in anyway. Then it took a really long time for a manager to come over because none of the employees wanted to tell me they were out of the item that I paid for 2 weeks ago. 2 stars because the manager did their best to make it right for me. The company needs a curbside option for busy holidays. I was also not the only one having an issue with an order they placed in advance.

Greatest ham ever!!! Brookpark Road Honey Baked Ham pre-paid is awesome. Whole meal for the family $62. Great deal.

The honey baked store was awesome in and out no long waiting line polite and courteous but one thing bed on sale or give extra glaze bomber
