Went to pick up my Easter ham the Wednesday before Easter at the independence Ohio location. What a great team of workers. A cash register was down and they still manage to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. They were also very pleasant and dealing with crabby people. Thank you for helping my family have a wonderful Easter dinner!
Great lunch and holiday spot. Recently got a package from here for Christmas with all the fixins'. Top notch food through and through. Would absolutely recommend.
Ordered boxed lunches for 25 essential workers as a Christmas Eve thank you. The order was totally messed up. When I called to ask for a refund they refused, and offered no help in fixing my order or offering to give so much as a coupon. Happy holidays I guess.
This company has totally went downhill, fatty ham almost taste like it was frozen then thawed out.
I had curbside pickup with a designated time. I was 15 minutes late and my order was not ready. No cars were in line because the pickup spot was in a truck at the opposite end of the parking lot. The truck did not have any signs on it. Luckily when I called the store someone answered and told me where to pickup my order.
