This has to be the most efficient and nicest Starbucks I have been to. Really well done great people in the AM. Was there at 7am and it was open so not sure why people are staying its not but with a pandemic who knows

Well it LOOKS nice. This location is never open. Workers seem to be there often though, pull up to the drive thru?? No response. Go to the front door. Locked. Be sure to check the Starbucks app for this locations hours minutes before you go to see if its update because if you check on Monday in all likelihood the hours will change on Tuesday.

If you followed Google Maps, you are on Steelyard Drive at the light in front of the shopping center. Turn into center. The outside signage is gone. The only sign is in the window. It's inside Target. Nice shop. Quick service. But the employees were wearing red Target brand sweatshirts and nametags. Were they dressed up Starbucks employees or Target employees slingin coffee?

Ignore what the signs say, ignore what Maps says. This place is NEVER OPEN.nnYou can drive by, see staff inside, but they won’t serve you. You can call but they won’t pick up. You can go into the drive-through, the lights will be on, and they’ll tell you to come back another time.nnIt’s not clear why they won’t open up, but it doesn’t really matter. You just cannot trust the listed hours of a store if they will randomly close in the middle of the day for several hours at a time (with the staff still visible inside)nnIf you needed an excuse to go to a local coffee place instead of a Starbucks, this is it.nnThe fact that I’ve tried to go there FOUR TIMES and they have ALWYAS TURNED ME AWAY is not acceptable.
