I’ve gone through the drive through several times at this location and always have a pleasant experience. This time that I went I had an exceptional experience with the drive through barista Destiny. She was so pleasant and in point I had to call Starbucks to get her name to leave a great review. ud83dudc4fud83cudffe Great job!
I got here at 8:40 and they are NOT OPEN, looks like they haven't been open in a long while. This is not acceptable, dont have hurt online if they are not accurate. I tracked here in the snow before my overnight shift to say I'm annoyed is an understatement.
The staff here is usually nice here but not always trained well.

Yall cant make coffee. You made my foam plain. I asked for it to be sweet sweet sweet. Said it 3 times. Then you gave us both plain foam not the caramel foam. Highly disappointed , after I expressed clearly what I wanted and how.
