There were positives and negatives in my experience with Huffman Honda.nnCons:n- I wish they would have worked on the price with me at least a little. I guess some people like that no negotiation sales thing, I didn’t care for it.n- I feel like they lost the extra key. They thought they had it, said they would look for it, don’t feel like there was much effort put into that.n- I was flat-out told, “We don’t accept outside financing.” This turned out not to be a huge deal, because they were able to beat the deal I came in with, but it is still distasteful in my opinion.nnPros:n- I definitely didn’t feel pressured to buy. It really was a “here’s the truck, take it or leave it” feel.n- The finance guy did work to get me the best deal he could after price was settled.n- There was a major issue with the truck that I couldn’t have known about from just a test drive. Another dealership found the issue after I bought it. I called and spoke to the sales manager at Huffman, then went to see him. I was prepared for a fight to get them to fix this issue, but no fight was needed. They ordered the parts, scheduled the repair, provided a loaner, and did what the said they would do. They did the right thing, and that is hard to come by these daysnnOverall, I would probably buy from them again, but hope its a long time before I buy another vehicle of any kind from anybody.

Very ENJOYABLE transaction. Celina Ritter did a wonderful job. Just giving me the facts and letting me decide They were thorough during the closing and fair in negotiation. What more can you ask. Glad I can shop LOCAL with a good dealership

Eric was great to work with. Most of the communication was email and text. He had a driver take the car a long distance so my mechanic could check it out before I purchased. Totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. Mark was also helpful at signing. Thanks!

I bought a 2013 Hyundai, Santa Fe from this dealership and at the time of the final paperwork Cynthia Roe told us that the financial institution wanted a GAP insurance on the loan which I found out to be false. I have tried to get this insurance cancelled since March. I finally received documentation that the insurance was cancelled on March 11, 2020 and processed on 5/15/2020 but at the time of this writing the financial institution has not received the $995 credit. I have emailed Cynthia twice in the last two weeks and left a message for her yesterday asking her to let me know when the credit would be refunded to my account. I have never had a problem like this before and I have purchased many automobiles in the past. I assure you I will never deal with Neil Huffman at Frankfort, KY again.
