I called this dealer a few days ago inquiring about purchasing an incoming 2020 Shelby GT500 advertised on their website at MSRP (81k) for a cash sale. I went to the dealership today to try and close the deal, but was informed there would be an undisclosed markup. Every dealer who is advertising this vehicle online has disclosed the markup upfront. Not only this disingenuous but IMO false advertising. I’m a previous customer and will never set foot in their establishment again.

As a repeat customer I recommend Crossroads whole heartily not only for the great service but the great values you’ll find there.nI’m very happy with the vehicle I purchased because they actually listened to all my requests to get the vehicle that best suited my needs. Crossroads Ford always makes it such a great buying experience. The knowledgeable and friendly staff provide amazing service and treat us like family. This is at least the 10th vehicle I have purchased from them over the years and I will buy my next one there too!

Highly recommend Crossroads Ford in Frankfort. Salesmen are polite, informative, and not pushy. I purchased a SUV at a good price. Michael, Adam, and Will made sure all my questions were answered and I could leave knowing what all the controls did. They even set up my first oil change before I left. Also they contacted me to see if I had any questions after I got home. 5 stars excelled service.
