I love this bank. I am always treated so nicely. Today I went through the drive through and the young lady Vanessa was so nice and very quick. When I went inside Jordan Johnson was so nice and had great conversation. I will drive the extra miles just to go to this bank. Thank you everyone.

Spoke with Lauren at the independence location on the phone today, she was the most helpful and went over and beyond in service! I went to and talked with many other people and locations with little to no help! Thank you Lauren! Know that your superior customer service and kindness is noticed!

Branch manager was rude and unhelpful. Speaking from a past Chase employee, I am dissatisfied with how unprofessional she acted towards me. I rather drive the extra miles than to ever have to see her again.
