I purchased the body laser package! Laura was AMAZING! She made sure throughout the entire experience that I was comfortable. Very informative and professional. Being my first time she went above and beyond to make it pain free as possible. Excited for my next appointment!!
Laura did a amazing job on my laser hair removal treatment today. So much so that I will be scheduling the remaining sessions I have specifically with her. I have had seven sessions so far with various technicians, all of whom did a great job. But I really liked Laura‘s technique and communication style. One of the things she did that I really appreciated was that when she noticed I was in a lot of discomfort, she suggested that she would give five pulses and then stop for a break so I would be able to anticipate how long to “hang in there” and when the break was coming! That really helped a lot! I highly recommend Ideal Image itself, and obviously give the technician, Laura, rave reviews!
Went in for my third appointment today and Nicole did my procedure! She was PHENOMENAL! Very friendly and communicative from the moment I walked through the door! She is very knowledgeable and informative and answered my million questions without hesitation! Very thorough and professional mixed with great customer service! She was patient when I needed a break and provided the best service I have received thus far! I definitely recommended this location this team is beyond great !

This place is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. I have tried to cancel with them 14 hours after the original call and explain to them that I did not want the treatment and that I am a 3rd shift worker and take ambien to sleep and do not even remember the conversation. For the past 3 weeks I've gotten nothing but the run around and nobody will talk to me. Anyone who has any authority is always conveniently busy or our of the office. I wouldn't trust these people to work on a dead person
