Jennifer at the front desk is amazing! I had to reschedule and she was very nice and helpful. They always have great customer service :)
Nice environment. Techs seem to be very nice and friendly. Worst experience with individual doing consultation, she was rude and very unprofessional. From seeing positive review about her one here, leads me to believe that she cherry picks who she will be friendly and professional with. I wish her true character was a reflection of the upscale business environment they try to present.
It is my first visit.staff is very cheerful and helpful. Jennifer is great , she took her time for providing detailed consultation . She answered all my questions. She is very helpful and friendly. The place is amazing
I have been a client with Reflections Laser Spa for some time and my experience has been AMAZING! The laser treatments work... each team member goes above and beyond for their clients... the pricing is very competitive... the clinic is beautiful! I have gone to other places in the past, but have always had mediocre outcomes. Reflections Laser Spa has far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
Honest review, the place and the staff are great, but truly yes sometimes the treatments don’t work but they welcome you to come back in 2 weeks and get it re-done (I wish I knew that before) since it didn’t work for me once. Very understandable with times, I was late twice for couple mins for my appointments , and the late-no-show fee policy is everywhere in the US either a Spa or salon...etc so no one should complain about it.nFor the person who said they offer free service for good reviews, did you get paid from another spa for the bad review?? Probably!! Or you would never think like that!!
