The hotel has improve a lot in many ways BUT the biggest issue that they have is that they do not know how to pick their employees, the 3rd shift lady is never in the front desk, she is very rude, she looks like she is on some type of drugs. She is not professional at all, she is very noisy and does not know how to treat the guest very well.

This hotel has really changed for better! I remember as a child growing up around corner from the hotel and it was called Fairfield Inn and then Howard Johnson and now Super 8. When it was Fairfield it was a place everyone knew was full of trouble makers, and illegal activities taking place as well as dirty. Then when it went to Howard Johnson things began to get better and continues now as Super 8. The manager Ashley has put together a great team of employees who have made this hotel a lot safer not allowing parties or illegal activities to happen on the property. Making the property more welcoming and clean as she continues to update the property and guess rooms as well as making guest needs a priority. If you have read previous reviews just know many changes have taken place and to give the property a chance of your own as you will see all the staff is great from maintenance, front desk staff especially Bri, and Dawn who does not only front desk but housekeeping as well, the rest of the housekeeping team all the way to their manager Ashley who runs a tight ship while helping her team whether it's at front desk, or doing housekeeping herself to dealing with her management duties and keeping the property maintained so that you feel safe, and know all your concerns will be addressed.

Well since you asked, I felt very safe with the pit bulls in the hallway the overwhelming smell of bleach leads you to believe everything is clean so it’s very reassuring. The staff here is the only reason I have given 4 stars. Front desk was so polite and helpful and the maintenance guy deserves a raise. To leave this on a good end note. Y’all ceilings are fire, cash money hella gang y’all really know how to make them ceilings breath. If I was to rate a 1 out of 10 it would be a super 8. Would recommend. Please do yourself a favor and order room service. Potatoes are litt.nCash money madi out thanks Ohio
