I HONESTLY THINK THIS HOTEL IS HAUNTED. Didn’t Even Stay. The Lady At The Front Desk Checked Us Into A Room With A Shattered Mirror. And She Was Very Creepy And Unwelcoming. There Were Several Other Rooms Of Our Type Available And She Decided To Check Us Into A Room With A Shattered Broken Mirror. Nobody Could See Through Our Windows And We Couldn’t See Out Of Them. The Whole Vibe Was Weird. When We First Walked In She Was Pasting Back And Forth And Didn't Even Speak To Us . After We Saw Our Room, I Asked Her Why She Put Us In A Room With A Shattered Mirror & Non Visible Mirrors And Her Response Was “I Don’t Care Enough To Have This Conversation With You Right Now” I Instantly Ask For My Money Back And Left. She Was Not Only Rude But SCARY. The Hotel Was Completely Empty. We Were The Only Guest. We Felt Like We Were Being Followed And Our Whole Group Had The Same Vibe. If You Want To Wake Up In The Morning DO NOT STAY HERE. There Is A Holiday Inn Right Across The Street . That Will Be A Better Option Possibly. Elevator Is VERY LOUD AND TAKES FOREVER TO OPEN. The Stairs Led Us Outside. It’s Just A Scary Mess.
A really nice staff but a pretty clean hotel. You feel as though they skipped on money and downgraded to save cost and still make the most financial from the tarp across the front desk to how terrible the parking is. I wouldn’t fault the staff for anything but being positive but this feels like a forced hotel in a good location with terrible planning.
Wonderful attention from the midnight shift clerk , nice and clean rooms. The breakfast was included but due pandemic measures was only available food to go. And good coffe. Thanks
We got a suite, they had a old sofa in a kitchen. The first suite we were sent to was not made up, bed partially made. We travel alot, some Best Westerns are very nice, this one needs some work. Won't stay again.
Well they're charging more than the regular rate even though none of their facilities are open do the Cove in I wouldn't recommend it the room was okay it was clean but they don't have anything pool nothing is open and they're still charging more than other people you can find something better for sure
